Vacations are wonderful, but it’s always so nice to get home again. I flew to Tampa, spent a day there eating fabulous Spanish and Cuban food, then headed off on a cruise. Our first stop was Key West. I wandered around town and swam in the beautiful waters of Fort Zachary State Park. The water was warm and clear. Then we had a lazy day at sea on the way to Belize City.

Next stop was St. Thomas De Castillo, Guatemala. I hiked through a nature preserve and swam in a pristine waterfall pool. Then it was off to Cozumel, Mexico. I did some great snorkeling and rode a pony on the beach. We had one more day at sea, and then back to Tampa. The food was great, the water was beautiful. The only thing better was getting back home to my little animals and my own bed.

Had a great night here in Tampa. Arrived at the hotel and went swimming and had poolside cocktails.
